How to Order


Please feel free to browse our merchandise. If you wish to order any of the items, please:

For orders made via email or phone, please state the item details, together with your full name, postage address, email address and contact number.

Once order is made, we will email you (or via postage where required) an invoice that includes delivery postage and insurance. Payment amount must be made within three (3) working days from the date of invoice failing which, we will assume that the order is cancelled.

Please allow 1 week for delivery of in-stock items. The full payment is required upon ordering. Items will be delivered/ released once the invoiced amount is received / cleared.


Methods Of Payment
Purchasing items from Sulthree is easy. Payments can be made via the following methods:

1. Direct fund bank transfer. Details of our HSBC bank accounts will be stated in our invoices.

2. Personal or Company cheques - items will only be released upon cheques clearance.


Collection Of Items
1) You may opt to collect the items directly from us OR....

2) You may also request for the items to be delivered by post to you. Postage price and insurance from Kuala Lumpur to your delivery address will be born by you, the customers. Please note our selling price excludes delivery and insurance.

However for expensive items, we would strongly advise you to personally collect them.

Our Policy
1) All items sold at Sulthree are guaranteed authentic merchandise, brand new and in excellent condition.

2) Items will only be released to the customers upon receipt of full payment.

3) Strictly no refund, return or exchange policy on any items sold.
